Low Cost Spay/Neuter Clinic To aid in the reduction of feral cat overpopulation, Habitat for Cats currently conducts a weekly low cost clinic in Henrietta, NY for feral/homeless/unowned cats. For a $35.00 donation per cat, the following clinical services will be provided to each feral cat: • Spay/neuter by an experienced veterinarian • Anesthesia • Pain control • Dissolvable sutures • Rabies & distemper vaccinations • Flea, ear mite & parasite treatment • Ear tipping (a universal symbol marking a feral cat as spayed/neutered). IMPORTANT: Ear tipping is a mandatory part of our procedure. Any additional donations would be gladly accepted as the $35 fee does not cover the cost of the spay/neuter procedure nor clinic operations. This program is for feral/homeless/unowned cats only.
Spay/Neuter Clinics are held at the SPCA, Northtowns Shelter, located at 205 Ensminger Road, Tonawanda, NY 14150. Cats and dogs can't drive to the clinic -- they need a little help getting spayed and neutered. Music video created by Alliance for Humane Action (AHA!) The link takes you to YouTube.com. It is a nice little video about getting your animals spayed and neutered. | ||
